Qualifications

• 3+ years residential electrical experience.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems.
• Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring, and circuits.
• Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners.
• Handle service calls professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Compensation

• $20 - $32 per hour / + possible commission
