Responsibilities include performing residential service calls, troubleshooting, and ensuring code-compliant, high-quality work while using mobile tech and communicating clearly with customers and the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential electrical service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Troubleshoot residential electrical systems and diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets local code requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Complete service invoices using IPAD and communicate job details clearly to customers and the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer's electrical system, present options professionally, and collect payments.
• Represent Cooper's Plumbing & Air with professionalism and a customer-first attitude on every job site.
