Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior septic systems, plumbing, wastewater, or related mechanical experience preferred.
• Applicable local or state certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment, work outdoors, and access confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps or digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform septic system inspections, diagnostics, pumping coordination, and routine maintenance.
• Identify system issues including blockages, leaks, drain field failures, and component malfunctions.
• Document findings accurately using inspection tools, checklists, and reporting software.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all times.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working condition.
• Coordinate with dispatch and scheduling teams to meet service timelines.
