Job summary

Coastal Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a premier residential community in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

The role involves supervising officers, managing gate access, and coordinating with the HOA and property management. The position is full-time with shifts primarily on weekdays, with evenings and weekends as needed. Ideal candidates have security leadership experience, SC SLED license, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Valid South Carolina SLED unarmed security license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor security officers assigned to the community.
• Manage daily gate operations including resident and visitor access control and credential verification.
• Conduct regular patrols and report safety or security concerns.
• Create and manage officer schedules to ensure full post coverage.
• Serve as on-site liaison with HOA board and property management.
