Job summary

Rock Security is seeking a Residential Physical Security Specialist to proactively identify risks to the Rock Family of Companies’ private residences and coordinate executive protection for senior leaders to ensure a safe environment.

The role requires prior law enforcement or related emergency services experience, a valid CPL and CPR/First Aid certification, a driver’s license, and flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior or retired law enforcement experience.
• EMTs, medics, military or fire rescue experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid CPL.
• Valid CPR/ARD/First Aid certification.
• Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts including night shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive protection assignments with the Rock Family of Companies to ensure that designated senior executives are provided with a safe and secure environment to the extent practicable in compliance with the Rock Security Executive Protection operations policies and procedures guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Rock Security Executive Protection policies, procedures and practices, facilitates team efforts and support progressive change initiatives
• Proactively identify risks to the Rock Family of Companies Chairman, executive team leaders, their private dwellings and family members
• Play a proactive role in recommending and implementing reasonable security measures to mitigate or eliminate risks
• Facilitate the implementation of best common business practices in combination with continuous improvement programs
• Promote consistent and enthusiastic focus on the Rock Family of Companies
