Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed.
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test where required by the Company or client.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report all activity; conduct foot, vehicular, golf cart, and/or bicycle patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs).
• Enforce post orders, site rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergencies.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions or hazards; take appropriate action per Post Orders and Use of Force Policy.
• Provide customer service, loss prevention, and lobby/visitor reception as needed.
• Follow all company procedures, attend required orientations and trainings.
