Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time security officer in Seattle, WA. You will provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while upholding site policies and security procedures.

Daily duties include patrolling buildings and perimeter areas, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents with calm professionalism. You will document activities and liaise with emergency services when needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check and drug screening by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and staff per site policies and security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Document patrol activity and incidents in site reporting systems.
