Job summary

Clearwave Fiber is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist (Door-to-Door) in Marietta, GA. You’ll knock doors, win internet customers, and close deals while earning a strong base with potential six‑figure income. Training is provided with a clear growth path for motivated, coachable, competitive candidates.

Expect to walk 3–5 miles daily, work outdoors, and do up to 2 hours of admin from home. Benefits begin day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and employee

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and confidence starting conversations.
• Competitive mindset and performance-based pay mindset.
• Coachable and consistent; you show up and follow through.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Mobile device that can download apps (laptop provided).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in your assigned territory and close new internet customers
• Walk 3 to 5 miles a day outdoors, with a minimum of 5 hours a day in the field
• Complete up to 2 hours of follow up and administrative work from home each day
• Work a full-time schedule set with your manager
• Support one Saturday a month for events or installs
• Represent Clearwave with energy and integrity
