Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking a results-oriented Residential Sales Representative to support our California field teams. You will sell residential pest control services, inspect homes, present tailored solutions to protect families, and help customers schedule recurring service plans.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, hold a Branch II license, and demonstrate strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You'll Do

• Sell general pest control services to residential customer within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas
• Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers
• Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner
• Explains pest control services and selling repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled
• Works with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved
• Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory. Works with branch management team to isolate target areas
• Must be able to occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary
• Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during the course of business activities
• Submits all paperwork and collections on a daily basisMaintains company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times

• First-year earning range $80,000 - $100,000, based on performance.

Our sales compensation plans are designed to reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top-performing Sales Representatives in the area frequently earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions.

What You'll Need
