Responsibilities

• Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers door-to-door in assigned area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, features, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicate and develop rapport with customers, evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
• Increase understanding of Comcast products and pricing models and competitive advantages.
• Evaluate offers from competitors and articulate Comcast advantages.
• Meet physical requirements of walking and door-to-door travel in all weather.
• Obtain and maintain credentials/licenses to sell/alarm systems where required by law.
• Exercise independent judgment in decision-making.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available nights/weekends/ overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
