Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a driver to safely operate heavy-duty trucks on swing routes in Utah. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain a clean vehicle, and cooperate with Route Managers to optimize routes.

The role requires a CDL-Class B or equivalent driving experience, 2 years of CDL driving, English proficiency, and successful pre-employment screening. This on-site position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and physical.
• CDL-Class B license or equivalent military driving experience within last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty vehicle on swing routes following OSHA/DOT and company standards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues with DVIR.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicle and assist Route Manager to improve route efficiency.
