Job summary

Point Roofing & Restoration in Boise, ID is seeking a Residential Roofing Repair Technician. You’ll diagnose leaks, perform repairs on asphalt shingles, metal, and low-slope roofs, and ensure homeowner satisfaction on every service call.

This full-time role offers pay of $27-$30 per hour, plus a company vehicle and fuel card. Candidates should have 2+ years of roofing experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely at heights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in roofing, service, or residential construction.
• Experience repairing residential asphalt shingle, metal, and low-slope roofing systems.
• Comfortable working at heights with safety equipment.
• Basic carpentry and gutter installation experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and determine the most effective repair solution.
• Complete high-quality roofing, flashing, siding, gutter, and skylight repairs.
• Meet with homeowners to explain findings and recommended repairs.
• Document completed work with photos and job notes.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Represent Point Roofing & Restoration professionally on every jobsite.
