Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in the Salt Lake City area to join our service team. The Installer will safely perform bath/shower remodels, demo existing fixtures, install new tub or pan and surrounds, and update plumbing as needed while delivering a courteous, 5-star experience to customers.

Typical schedule starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with travel from the warehouse to job sites and back.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Residential Remodeler

Purpose Of Position

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $18-$21 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements
