The Trusted Toolbox in North Metro Atlanta is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to take ownership of multiple remodeling projects, from kitchens to bathrooms, ensuring quality and homeowner satisfaction.

You’ll oversee 6-9 projects simultaneously, typically valued at $30,000-$70,000 each, with a hands-on role on job sites. This position offers independence, strong team support, and competitive total compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll oversee approximately 6-9 residential remodeling projects simultaneously, typically valued at $30,000-$70,000 each, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interior renovations.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll:

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, and budgets.
• Oversee workmanship and quality control, catching issues early and ensuring projects meet company standards.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for homeowners, providing proactive updates and resolving concerns professionally.
• Manage job costs, change orders, timelines, and project profitability.
• Keep multiple projects organized, anticipate challenges, and follow through on commitments.
• Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites while protecting customers’ homes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced remodeling professional who knows how to run projects, manage people, and take ownership of the outcome.

The experience you’ll need

• 3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of kitchen, bathroom, basement, and interior renovations.
• Experience managing multiple residential projects and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, budgets, and job costing.
• Confidence working directly with homeowners throughout the remodeling process.
• Comfort using construction management software, smartphones, and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional experience we’d value

• 10+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
• NARI certification or related professional development.
