Job summary

Archadeck of NW Philadelphia is hiring a Full-time Construction Assistant to support our residential remodeling projects. You will set up and cleanup jobs, assist carpenters, deliver materials to sites and help mark footings.

Requirements include a basic understanding of carpentry or construction, a clean driving record, presentable appearance, reliability and a strong work ethic. Veterans are welcome. We offer paid holidays and sick days. Compensation: $24.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of carpentry or general construction.
• Clean driving record since you’ll drive a company truck.
• Look presentable, and have no drug or alcohol problems.
• Be reliable and trustworthy.
• Have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and cleanup jobs on residential remodeling projects.
• Dismantle old structures and assist experienced carpenters.
• Deliver materials to project sites and mark footings.
