Job summary

West Shore Home in Houston, TX is seeking a Residential Remodeler to install bathroom fixtures, flooring, windows and doors. This role begins at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and includes loading materials, traveling to customer homes, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Ideal candidates have carpentry/remodeling experience or a strong eagerness to learn, plus basic hand/power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and respect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Position: Residential Remodeler

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $17-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements:
