Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with human service clients.
• Successfully cleared by NJDOC and NJAC before employment.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the residence and its residents.
• Ensure safety and security within the facility.
• Conduct urine and alcohol testing.

Skills

Proficiency in written and verbal communication

Computer literate with Microsoft Office

Ability to navigate MIS system

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
