Job summary

PureDry Restoration in the Greater Seattle area seeks an experienced Reconstruction Tradesman to join our growing team. This hands-on role focuses on returning homes to pre-loss condition after water, fire, mold, and other damage, including drywall, trim, paint, flooring, and finish carpentry.

You will work with Project Managers on punch lists, warranty repairs, and work orders, delivering skilled trades and customer-focused service on every project.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or finish carpentry.
• Ability to perform drywall, trim, paint, flooring, and carpentry tasks.
• Tile installation/repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete punch list items to prepare projects for final completion and CO C.
• Perform drywall, trim, paint, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry work.
• Handle work orders and warranty repairs under Project Managers.
• Install tile and handle tile repairs when required.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
