Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of maintenance/construction experience preferred.
• Maintenance certifications (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License required / insurability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential unit repairs and modernization tasks.
• Clean and prepare vacant units, including cleaning and disinfecting.
• Install and repair drywall, sheetrock, insulation, framing, doors, windows, and cabinets.
• Paint, texture, and finish residential spaces.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, electrical switches/outlets, and basic HVAC components.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently; maintain tools and vehicle.
• Write clear work completion notes and adhere to HUD regulations and policies.
