Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site property maintenance, coordinate service requests, and lead maintenance staff at a multi-family community. The role emphasizes timely service, safety, and quality upkeep under the Property Manager's guidance.

The position requires hands-on maintenance skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, with strong communication to residents, teamwork, and an ability to manage on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and travel for training.
• Clear communication with residents and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work on-call hours and weekends as determined by Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service calls in accordance with the service policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule all apartment turns and turn vacant units in three to five business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain all common areas including cleaning, lighting, and general upkeep.
• Maintain pools and/or Jacuzzi(s) and maintenance shops.
• Train other maintenance employees and assist in vendor selection.
• Keep accurate records of key property information and budgets.
