CrimsonBlu is seeking a Residential Property Inspector in Moab, Utah. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours, allowing you to set your own route and schedule while inspecting exterior properties and occasional interiors.

You work as your own business owner, being paid per completed inspection and coordinating directly with homeowners. You must manage taxes and insurance as needed and deliver professional results.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections.
• Explain the inspection to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture required photos and data through our mobile web application.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Moab, UT to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees
