Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Duluth, MN is seeking motivated independent contractors to complete residential property inspections on a 1099 basis. Set your own schedule, build your route, and work with other clients.

You will travel to properties, take exterior and some interior photos, communicate with homeowners, and log data via our mobile app. This contractor role gives you control over timing and number of inspections, with earnings paid per completed inspection and monthly

Qualifications

• Own or access to a business and ability to handle taxes and insurance.
• Willingness to travel to Duluth properties.
• Comfort working independently.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Duluth, MN to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

Service Fees
