Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a motivated, independent contractor to perform residential property inspections in Broken Bow, OK. You will work as a 1099 contractor, set your own hours, travel to properties, and be paid per inspection.

As a contractor, you control your schedule and may work with other clients. You’ll use our mobile app to capture photos and data, explain the inspection to homeowners, and deliver timely, professional service.

• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

• Time estimates: 1 working day(s) per week / 4 days per month

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
