A respected claims organization is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to manage residential and commercial claims of low to moderate complexity. The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Key qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience, an active Adjuster’s License in Florida or Texas, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience adjusting residential/commercial property claims.
• Active Florida or Texas Adjuster’s License (or reciprocal eligibility).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned claims.
• Analyze facts of loss, coverage applicability, and exposure.
• Establish and maintain accurate claim and expense reserves.
• Determine settlement values and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain compliant, well-documented claim files.
