Job summary

Evergreen Center Milford seeks a Residential Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a group home within the Residential Treatment program. You will coordinate activity and staffing, ensure documentation and compliance with health, safety and medical procedures, and guide instructors in delivering consistent instruction.

We value dedicated candidates with a bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, psychology or related field.
• At least two years of experience caring for persons with developmental or physical challenges.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a group home in the Residential Treatment program.
• Coordinate activity and staffing schedules.
• Monitor health, safety, and medical issues; ensure proper documentation.
• Supervise Instructors in data collection and instruction aligned with IEP/ISPs.

Evergreen Center is seeking a bright and energeticResidential Supervisorwho will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one of our group homes in the Residential Treatment program.Responsibilities include the coordination of activity and staffing schedules, maintaining appropriate documentation of student and staff performance, monitoring all health, safety, and medical issues and procedures and the supervision of Instructors in the implementation of daily instruction, data-collection andinstructional activities consistent with the students' Individual Education Plans and Individual Services Plans.Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
