Responsibilities

• Oversee residential program for adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide 24‑hour oversight to the residential program.
• Manage physical, emotional, and medical care of the individuals living in the program.
• Maintain the physical plant of the home.
• Provide administrative oversight of documentation and regulation implementation.
• Supervise an interdisciplinary team.
• Interact regularly with individuals, families, day program staff, medical providers, and supervisors.
