Responsibilities include teaching daily living skills, planning services, coordinating activities, and guiding clients to access community resources.

• No previous experience and training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients as they learn cooking, nutrition, hygiene, medication management, money management, and housekeeping.
• Help create and carry out individual service plans that support client learning goals.
• Participate in recreational and social activities under close supervision, providing transportation as required.
• Teach clients about the availability and use of community resources and facilities.
• Support clients as they build stronger social skills.
