Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
• Experience with modern plumbing tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in crawl spaces and tight areas.
• Pride in your work and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems.
• Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment systems.
• Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners.
• Provide recommendations that improve safety, reliability, and performance.
• Treat every customer and home with professionalism and respect.
• Deliver quality workmanship that reflects the AllTech standard.
