Currently, Magnolia Plumbing Inc is seeking Plumbing (install or service) Technicians to join our team and provide exceptional service by fixing plumbing issues in customers' homes. The ideal candidate will be driven and self‑motivated with at least 3 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies (residential).
  • Install, repair and/or maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems.
  • Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
  • Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project.
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in plumbing.
  • State‑issued Journeyman or Master license is a plus.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well with others.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
