Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Licensed Tradesman Plumber or Journeyman license preferred; we’ll support your licensing path.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; you represent the brand on every call.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls — diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform water heater service and installation, drain cleaning, and leak repairs.
• Educate customers on options and provide honest recommendations.
• Complete accurate work orders and maintain your service vehicle.
• Deliver a five-star experience on every call.
