Job summary

Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled residential plumber to diagnose issues, explain options clearly to homeowners, and perform installations and repairs that meet local codes and the company's high standards. You will own the truck stock, follow safety protocols, mentor apprentices, and work with other trades on larger projects.

Minimum 2 years' experience, a valid license, and blueprint-reading ability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential/plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient with water, gas, and sewage systems and state/local codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in plumbing systems and provide repair or replacement options.
• Install and assemble pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and related components.
• Test for leaks using water or compressed air and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain truck stock, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
• Lead apprentices and collaborate with other trades on larger projects.
• Uphold safety protocols and PPE at all times.
