Adeedo! is seeking a Plumbing Installer with 2+ years residential install experience to join our Southern California team. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in single-family homes, while ensuring quality workmanship and safety.

Ability to work independently or lead small crews, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and uphold company standards on every site. Valid driver's license required; we provide a fully equipped vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and manage time.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged components.
• Ensure safety of crew, vehicles, tools, and customer property.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.
