Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes.
• Experience installing water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water and drain piping.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local plumbing codes.
• Remove and replace existing plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Install water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, sump pumps, and fixtures.
• Perform water, drain, vent, and gas piping installations as required.
• Test all installed systems for proper operation and leaks.
• Complete installation paperwork, photos, and documentation using a tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Follow all company safety standards and quality installation procedures.

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. Pay Range: $24 per hour - $35 per hour plus Commissions = $50k - $75k per year
