Job summary

Beacon Home Services is seeking skilled Residential Plumbers with 3+ years of experience to service homeowners in the Northern Virginia area. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting and understanding the full plumbing system, delivering code-compliant solutions and building trust with customers.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform installations and maintenance, educate homeowners, and contribute to preventative upgrades while working with a supportive team in a high-standard service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes.
• Ability to diagnose residential plumbing problems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan, iPad and inventory systems.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain safe driving practices.
• Clear background check and ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code‑compliant solutions.
• Educate homeowners on their plumbing systems and recommended upkeep.
• Use tools, meters, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety codes, building regulations, and company procedures.
• Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate clearly with Dispatch, customers, and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate inventory.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings (up to three times weekly).
• Present a professional, clean‑cut appearance while wearing Beacon uniform.
