Horizon Services is hiring a Residential Drain Cleaner to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential drains in customers' homes. You will use drain machines and related tools to clear clogs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Residential Service Plumber with experience using a drain machine.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential drains in clients' homes.
• Use proper tools to resolve clogs or backups (sewer lines, sinks, toilets).
• Provide high level customer service during service visits.
