Magnolia Heating and Cooling is expanding its Residential Plumbing division in Riverside, CA, and seeks experienced plumbers who enjoy diagnosing problems, educating customers, and delivering great service.

The role offers strong earning potential with an average annual earnings of $85,000–$175,000, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, a company vehicle and tools.

Formación

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve residential plumbing emergencies
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems
• Perform routine plumbing and drain inspections
• Accurately complete job documentation (time, materials, scope of work)
• Work collaboratively with leadership, peers, and other trades
• Support team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
