F.H. Furr in Frederick, MD is hiring a licensed residential plumber to join a busy, well-dispatched team. You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, perform installations, and educate homeowners on options with confidence.

The role offers year-round work, uncapped earnings, and performance-based pay. A signing bonus up to $10,000 and a separate $10,000 annual Journeyman License Bonus (paid quarterly) boost compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Plumbing License (required).
• 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.
• A consultative approach - you educate customers, you don't pressure them.
• Professional presence and clear communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be 21+ per company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems across the Frederick market.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and service repairs on plumbing equipment and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on their options and deliver recommendations with confidence.
• Complete all work safely and in compliance with local and national plumbing codes.
• Leave every home with a 5-star experience and a customer who asks for you by name.
