Compensation

• $40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and plumbing components.
• Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently.
• Educate homeowners on plumbing concerns and clearly explain repair and replacement options so they can make informed decisions.
• Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes.
• Follow all company safety procedures and local plumbing codes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Washington State Journeyman Plumbing License (PL01) or Residential Plumbing License (PL02) required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain solutions and recommendations to homeowners in a clear, professional manner.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering five-star service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
