Not every plumber enjoys working directly with homeowners. We're looking for the ones who do.

In this role, you'll work on sewer lines, water lines, whole-home repipes, water heaters, toilet repairs, water treatment, and other residential plumbing services. We want plumbers who take pride in doing great work and are looking for a company to grow with.

• Earn $28–$32/hour, plus performance bonuses: Our top plumbers earn more than $100K per year-and they don't work 80 hours a week to do it.

• Your evenings, weekends, and holidays are yours: We don't offer 24/7 emergency service, and we don't schedule holiday service. Our limited weekend rotation is reserved for members and callbacks-not a traditional plumbing on-call schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Action Air, Plumbing & Septic with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Provide top-quality plumbing services and installations to residential and occasional small commercial customers.

What You Need:

• Must have: A valid Texas Tradesman Plumber's License or higher and at least two years of experience in residential plumbing service.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work in small spaces and varying temperatures.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continual improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with excavation and heavy machinery is a plus.

• Experience leading large plumbing projects and overseeing apprentices.
