Job summary

IES Holdings, a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, is seeking a Residential Piece Rate Electrician in Savannah, GA. You will perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems, ensuring safety and code compliance.

You will review plans, diagnose issues, coordinate with teams and vendors, and maintain thorough records to support project timelines and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical documentation.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and electrical codes.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support accurate project execution.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work and project activities.
• Support project timelines and assist with resolving operational concerns in the field.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Assist with supporting and training less experienced technicians as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication throughout all customer and operational interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
