Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join as Orkin Pros. You’ll start with award-winning training that requires no prior pest control experience and learn to protect customers on a designated service route.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; full training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide high-level protection and service on a designated service route.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules to ensure timely and safe arrival at each location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it and equipment clean.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties and perform required treatments and preventive measures.
• Complete all service-related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
