Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Illinois to conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales on pest-control solutions. You’ll manage appointments and documentation using an iPad, work independently, and leverage award-winning training and support from a trusted brand.

Top earners see first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base + commission), with uncapped commissions and a company vehicle. Paid training and employee benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and safely access crawl spaces and attics.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• No pest control experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
