Job summary

Saela Pest Control in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Residential Pest Control Technician who blends field inspections with sales, delivering service plans and excellent customer service. You will handle a daily route of 12–14 homes, applying treatments and explaining findings to customers with clear recommendations.

You will also attend occasional meetings at the Kent, WA warehouse, participate in paid training, and benefit from PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) match, and a company vehicle with fuel

Qualifications

• At least 6 months customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer-focused and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• You must be 18 or over

Responsibilities

• Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day with daily routes
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties and communicate findings and treatment plans
• Occasionally travel to the Kent, WA warehouse for meetings and restocking of supplies
