Waltham Pest Services is seeking a Residential Pest Control Technician in the Natick, MA area. You’ll use industry-leading training to protect homes and businesses, diagnosing pest issues and applying integrated treatments.

You’ll inspect structures, educate customers on prevention, and grow with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. A valid driver's license and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain pesticide license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve pest issues for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, interiors, and exteriors to identify concerns and recommend solutions.
