Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, including inspections, identifying pests, applying treatments, and advising customers on prevention.

You will work in various spaces, use PPE, and maintain equipment while following safety regulations. You will build relationships with clients, schedule visits, and may assist with sales to expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
• Basic math skills; follow instructions on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and how to maintain a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand products to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely.
