Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections and treatment applications. You will advise customers on prevention and safety while delivering high service standards.

The role requires a clean driving record, a high school diploma or GED, and excellent communication. Training is provided; benefits start on day 1 for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and ongoing pest control.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and support sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and adhere to safety regulations.
