Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, identify infestations, apply treatments, and offer prevention advice. You will engage with clients, schedule visits, and support sales while maintaining equipment and following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends. Training and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Ability to follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Comfort working in various environments (inside/outside) and around pests

Responsibilities

• Inspect client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points
• Apply approved pest control products safely and effectively
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and long-term solutions
• Schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers
• Maintain and properly store pest control equipment and supplies
• Adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations and drive company vehicle
