Job summary

Rentokil is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management services, including inspections, treatments, and prevention guidance. You will communicate with clients, schedule visits, and maintain equipment while complying with safety regulations.

A company vehicle is provided; training is offered for safety and product use. We value strong communication, reliability, and willingness to learn all areas of pest control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided by us)
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed
• Willingness to learn all areas of pest control
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills for following product labels

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and measures to reduce future infestations
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and functioning properly
• Adhere to regulations regarding products and safety protocols
• Operate company-provided service vehicle as required
