Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management services for residential customers. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise customers on prevention to ensure a pest-free environment.

You’ll need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied environments. Compensation includes hourly pay with potential incentives and benefits starting day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided by employer).
• Willingness to learn pest control methods and safety protocols.
• Able to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and pest-free living tips.
• Build relationships, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to customers.
• Maintain and inspect pest control equipment and comply with regulations.
