Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Pleasanton, CA to perform residential pest management. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and educate customers on prevention while following safety protocols.

You will also schedule appointments, support sales to current customers, and help expand offerings. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required; benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Drug Free workplace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest activity and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule/confirm appointments, and assist with sales to expand products.
• Maintain pest control equipment and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
